Wake up Earthquake has been developed to provide an earthquake alarm. It allows users to receive warnings in the event of an earthquake based on data from official sources such as USGS and EMSC. The app aims to provide peace of mind by alerting users to potential earthquakes, enabling them to take necessary precautions for their safety and that of their loved ones.

Users can activate the alarm by simply placing their phone horizontally on a table. The app offers three types of alarms: audio alarms with three different options, visual alarms in the form of text messages displayed on the screen, and flash LED warnings for devices equipped with this feature, which can be kept on after an alarm is triggered. Additionally, users can utilize the email feature to receive notifications when an alarm occurs.

The application is designed to detect earthquakes even when the device is in standby mode. Users have the option to lock their device and receive notifications through audible alarms or notifications. A power-saving mode is available to reduce battery consumption.

Users can now schedule specific times to enable or disable the alarm, providing flexibility and customization according to their preferences.

EARTHQUAKES IN THE WORLD:

This section of the app allows users to track seismic activity worldwide by connecting with the USGS and EMSC databases for real-time data updates. Users can view earthquake events based on their local timezone, the event timezone, and the UTC timezone, offering a comprehensive understanding of when and where earthquakes have occurred. The app provides data on the magnitude, date, distance, and depth of each earthquake event, with the ability to filter events based on significance.
